How do you change the light on the charger?
There is a touch button to alternate lights on the front side of the charger. This is outlined by a black or white circle.
What is the warranty policy?
If the charger breaks/malfunctions due to a manufacturing or shipping issue than you can get a full refund or a guaranteed working replacement.
Is it compatible with my phone or device?
Our charger works with any iPhone made after the iPhone 7 ( works with 8-11 pro). It also works with any Samsung Galaxy device after the s5 (works with s6 - s10). If your device is not listed here, please check online if your phone supports wireless charging.
